I am the next to let teh cat out the bag but I will soon be on the market as well...After 4 years with Eva(of OSO uncensored fame) I realized that I am far from being ready to legally be married..She is a nice girl but hates boats, sports cars, and basically everything else that I enjoy. She is to insecure and is getting to the point of where she just wants to be a trophy wife that hangs out and shops all day and I am not going to have anything like that....We saw a couple of my ex gf's at the mall that are in town for the holidays and they both told me that I did'nt look very happy. I was just making myself miserable to keep her pleased and happy but I am slowly parting ways and I feel great about it There are to many women on this earth to settle and I have way more fun being single No stress, no BS, no insecurity issues, none of the bad things that make me miserable....Forever I have wanted to get another house in either FL or CA but she was against it. She would tell all her friends that I wanted to goto CA to be closer to my ex gf's, and say I wanted to goto FL to stare at all the hotties It was a no win situation whatever I did so now I no longer have to worry about it

I am going to more than likely downsize my house so if anyone knows anybody in the market for a home in the Houston area let me know and they can have first shot before I put it on the market.
