THat thing is awesome!! It's not useless . I had a brand new F350 (in 89) THat had the same tires and almost as much lift ,and I drove it every day ,and pulled trailers too. Obviously I couldn't pull my 39' cat but I pulled lots of other stuff . Got great milage too ! It had the 7.3 diesel with 4.10's and a 5 speed and I went on many long trips . It cruised at 75 with ease and got 17-18 mpg !

If it's too high ,Your too OLD !!

OR A YUPPY !!

MY play toy ,a 1979 F250 , was a foot taller then that one ! It had a 3' step that swings down electricly under the doors to get in . Even when it was down ,it was above my knee .

THat one didn't get good milage though it had a 750hp 460 in it ! Not REALY street legal but it saw some pavement a few times !

There is an identical one I've seen here towing if I remember an Advantage to and from my marina. Only difference I can see is that his is dark blue. I'm short and can just about walk under the thing.

I have seen the thing run out in Glamis. It went down some unoffical sand drags a couple of times. It actually went through the woops pretty decent. In all honesty though what a waste!

COOL TRUCK MAN i'd either lower it a bit or put bigger tires on. Just a tad to much space between the tires and body for me. Oh yea i'm 31 and drink Budweiser. (not a yuppie)

Sorry to hear that Bill. I guess you and I are in the same situation. I went 4 wheeling a few weeks ago up at the Mounds. That thing would have been toast. My buddy almost rolled his International Scout with a 4 inch lift. That thing definately would have been on its side. But then I'll bet that X has never seen mud.

Maybe I'm not too old or a yuppie. I'm just too cheap to buy a 40K+ truck (and pump another 10k+ into it) that wouldn't pull the boat.
