I saw these two at a truckstop we were working on in 2003.

We were doing the tile in an Arby's we put in there.

When certain Fed. money is allocated, it has to be spent or lost by the end of the year. We have gotten some Fed. assistance on my volunteer first aid squad through the Homeland Security Acts and had to use it before the end of the year.

Excellent point!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you've ever encountered a well armed smuggler or other azzbag on the water, you would understand.
