The word is if the power company wins they will introduce (buy) legislation to add back the other 8 lakes that was in the original plan.

The decision on whether the boats, including houseboats longer than 30-feet, 6-inches, and high performance boats, also known as cigarette boats, longer than 26 feet, 11 inches and capable of speeds in excess of 60 mph, can legally operate on Harris, Weiss and Martin lakes now rests in the hands of Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Johnny Hardwick.

Yes, better be working on the war chest for the appeals. You know their strategy is to run you out of money, win or lose.
