Offshore:
Those engines were advertised as being 725's by Lukovich about 3-4 years ago.
That boat was in the detroit area for $ 75,000. The trailer was trashed- rusted.

They are different motors and the owner dumped a bunch of money into it. The trailer has been cleaned up and painted. Look at the pictures. The boat was in my building this spring and we took the pictures.

A friend of mine has a 41 for sale that is a full pleasure with 650s or maybe 675s with 3s. Very clean, similar to the one at Shogrens. The boat is maybe a 70mph boat. I can't believe that 100 or 150 more hp will give the boat 20mph especially a 41 full pleasure. I wish it was that easy!!

You're right on speed. The first ad for the Apache pleasure boat talked about 650's pushing the boat to 70. 650's were monsters in '84! If I remember, the boat in the ad went to Kevin Brown in Cleveland.
