I too think it looks awesome but I agree that the GPS unit sticks out like a sore thumb. I don't mind the looks of them on the average boat but when the dash turns into a work of art they just stick out.
Who knows Jeff if you build enough of these 4300s you just might find one you like and keep it........not.

Beautiful. Like the grey CF.

I wonder how hard it would be to have your GPS retract into and out of the dash, so when you weren't using it, it wouldn't be such an eyesore. Kind of like those car stereos with the DVD screen. Kind of like this: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-VbnxP63...550#morephotos

Agree, that's a work of art! It really is a shame that gps unit overhangs the dash along the top like that.
