Default MightasWellanoma

I, Dr. Bouyhunter M.D. (Mentally Deranged) have discovered a disease that many of you may be afflicted with.
I am afflicted with it myself, and that is how I discovered the sickness.
Here are the symptoms, only to see if you fall into any of these...
I bought my boat, and the very next weekend I yanked the motor for a refresh.
-MightasWell - pull everything off the transom and fix the nicks and scratches and re-paint.
-MightasWell - fix all the scratches under the hull.
-MightasWell - pull the engine hatch and fix the hinges, and start planning re-upholstery.
MightasWell - Pull all the hardware from the deck (cleats, chocks) so they can be re-coated.
Mightaswell - Take the motor mounts and all accessories and sandblast them and re-paint.
I'm sure I'm not the only one hear with "MightasWellanoma", and the only Rx I have for it is a combination of a Barley/Hop liquid.
It will not cure the infection, but it will comfort the pain.

Nice to know there's a name for it.

The syndrome has already cost me two good seasons on the water.

Yeah, I may have to show this post to my fiance. She just might go down to the "pharmacy" to get me my meds!

Funny this is, I just got back to the house from messing with the boat, and that was my third trip down there today!

Currently, there is no cure.
Copious amounts of the Barley/Hop liquid tend to make it less painful, but can also have extreme affects on the level of the illness and subsequent completion of the initial project.
The condition is not consider to be Terminal, however, it is very rare for it to be recovered from.
Welcome to my world.
So, when does the Gov't start coughing up money for this new and terribly contagious disease??
Hmmphh, forget it, I'd rather do it myself.
