I have always started mine one at a time but it's just personal preference.

Ditto. Start one at a time and watch your gauges. nothing better then having the second engine start up!!!

One at a time. Get one started, then let its alternator help the batteries start the second.

Starting both engines at the same time is very hard on your muffler bearings......not to mention what it will do to the coolant levels in your alternators.....
