I was going to stay with the team, but maybe I'll stay there, if the boat is running right by then, bring it along. I will have to work Sunday, but we can run in on Saturday and play.

there might be some rooms left at the blue marlin.com or try ocean breeze inn .com these are near the casa marina area,and it is only a one mile walk to the party end of duval,with plenty bars in between to stop at . also short walk to the pits.

You have to call the hotels directly, I called the pier house 4 days and got on the waiting list and the next day they called me back with a room .. Tom:ernaehrung004:

Just finished got flight hotel and car rental.Xray50 thanks for the hotel tip that place looks nice,isn't 5 star but its like classic Florida will be coming in on Friday night.:ernaehrung004:

Anybody else staying at the Westin?

As for the boat, we are planning to put in @ Islamorada and run down from there. One of the guys going down with us has a house right there in Islamorada, so we can leave the truck and trailer there for the week. I looked around on the web with no luck, so does anybody know of a marina with a travel lift in Key West? It wouldn't hurt for us to have a backup plan in case the weather turns ugly.
