The information you folks have imparted is great ... at the end of the day it sounds like either would be a good pick..

t500hp, the information I have received just in this thread is worth more than $40! Sold .....gonna get me one 
After all things considered I think the prefence is the 292, the 312, and finally the 353....for me anyways. I had to agree to the 353 becasue it has an enclosed head and very high SAF.
Now onto the search! I will keep you posted. Thanks again.
