Local Space Shuttle launch info please........

NASA Engineering and Safety Center are officially recommending three of Discovery's RCC panels or the (Reinforced-Carbon-Carbon) panels be replaced. This is possibly going to be a rollback for shuttle Discovery and launch window will slip from Oct 23rd to December. HOWEVER, if the data proves the shuttle is ok in current condition, they will still launch. Basically, in simple terms, if the NESC gets in way, it will be a BIG show stopper.
