Just curious, was he transporting for you and damaged the trailer? Did he hit you? You have the insurance info did you make a claim?

My boat was in Florida getting repairs when a huricane had been predicted. I didn't have coverage so I needed to get the boat out of FL asap. He was refered to me, and due to the situation I wasn't able to check him out like I should have ( my bad). Bottom line is, he was running a business on a personal car policy thus no coverage. I have been trying to contact him ever since his company informed him that they were not going to pay me. Two years later....here we are
