Be careful. There have been a few quality issues posted before. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...ight=chad+hill

I bought one last year,it would have needed welding,grinding,re-boring,re-bushing etc to actually fit so I gave up and sold it for 1/2 of what I paid for it with full disclosure of what was wrong with it. I corresponded with the hills since then asking them if they re-solved their quality control issues and never got a firm answer but I can tell you max machine worx offers hills stainless gimbal ring fully re-worked to fit perfect for double the price you see chad hill selling them for. I spoke with them (max machine worx) and they say they spend 6-8 hours re-machining it and ensuring it will fit correctly. The newest pics hill has of the ring do look better then the one I had bought though. That was my first hand experiences,Smitty
