In reference to #1, KAAMA surface drives were available as a factory option on Formula's and Scarab's (and possibly others). Cuda has one of the finest examples of a KAAMA on the water today.

No offense Joe, but if you can get that Formula running 92 - I want a ride!!!!
Doesn't change the fact that you were attacked by an un-educated newbie.

I would welcome everyone to this site, the problem is, they all seem to walk in knowing everything, instead of reading and learning a bit first.

cetrainly not trying very hard to endear yourself to the long time members here are you?

Why not try this simple formula, no dog in the fight, SHUT UP. Feel likke insulting someone you don't know here, SHUT UP. Want to prove you know it all, SHUT UP.

You will find you annoy far fewer people that way. Friends protect frineds, Trolls pretty much get hammered here. You would do well to remember that.

Want to gain the friendship and respect of the members here, learn respect. Learn to read and LEARN. Those who have been here the longest tend to.

What are you, 16 yrs old? You jumped in an "dropped a post at me"? Bouy stated a fact that many new posters come all cranked up on their egos and attitudes and spout off JUST LIKE YOU DID.

He neither named you or even inferred you directly. You, on the other hand wasted no time in jumping in and taking a personal shot at Bouy.. You stated that your barb was directed AT someone. Grow the F iretr UCK up. The come back and discuss things here like an adult.
PS, if you want childish drama and immature name calling, go join the Hot Boat.com forums. You will fit in much better there.

Just giving you a hard time old man. Those are still some impressive numbers. Hope things work out for you, and she doesn't have to go on the market. It's a sweet boat.

Air, thanks for pointing that out. Intruder took an immediate shot at me in another thread after I welcomed him to the site, and suggested he become a paying member due to the additional info available. We had words, and he asked me to drop it. I respected that, and decided to leave that argument in the other thread.
My comments in this thread were actually about another new member, but apparently Intr. couldn't take his own advice and let it rest.
I don't want to drive anyone away from this site, it's bad for exchange of knowledge and good times, and good stories. It's also bad for Steve's business. Unfortunately not everyone coming here looks at it that way.

Have you happened to notice that you and another new gun are the creators of the drama?

I wish you safety as well, unfortunately, you could have learned so much more about it had you heeded my advice and decided to listen instead of talking.
I've been a member here for a long time, but it was probably two years before I made my first post - for me, there was too much to learn and absorb before I felt educated enough to join the discussion. And this coming from a guy that until he found this site thought he knew everything...(referencing myself).

I was at the Cigarette factory not long ago and had to take a picture of these rooster tail devices. :D Apparently the very young costomer liked the rooster tail, but without staggered motors he would not be able to throw one so he insisted on these.

Does that actually work? My boat throws a tail so I'm not asking for myself, just curious. I'd like to see pics of what it looks like running, does it look like a natural rooster tail?

I heard that it worked pretty well but I have not seen it. The boat is a new 38 Top Gun, painted pink and from the Miami area. I am sure that somebody has seen it.

I did not get a picture of the pickup but it was very large. It is at least 1" square.

Key words "very young"

He wants a roostertail. Not a faster boat.
