Biggus I have a 26ft LS Scarab thats been stripped and im
going thru everything now, It is the 4th boat out of the 26
mold and was running in the High 80s a few years ago.
It is a superlite layup all the trick stuff in its time.
It was the feature boat on a Baywatch 1st season show
called the BIG RACE, It won

Dave if I remember from some other pictures I've seen over the years it has an engine box cover like a day runner or something..

We can fill the lifeboat compartment with water on one of those really hot days to cool off , heh. The boat has a ballast tank in the bow as well , so no trimtabs were installed .The windshield came from a Searay , and the center window is opened by compressed air air.

Some of the bigger single engine 90+boats I've seen - Superboat Y2K, 28 Pantera, 32 Activator, 29 Extreme, 28 Tuff, 30 Phantom.
With not much power, the Tuff 28 gets it on. Check out this video
