A 36 Nor-Tech with 525's will only run 100 under the best of conditions. Mid 90's everyday of the week. A bravo 36 Nor-Tech is unsellable in my opinion (too big, too heavy). I am talking from expeience, I had a 525 Nor-Tech with 525's with #5 drives.

Ive heard of one 39race hull that been around 130 but takes awhile to get there
