They are pricey when factoring in the turn key warranty, as in you turn the key the warranty is over and the high octane fuel requirement.

Best Idea- Buy 1075's then change the stickers in on top of the motor. 99.9% of onlookers won't catch it!

Only you and your mechanic will be the wiser!

Affording it is not the problem I doubt. Finding it readily would be a major issue.

GATORONE and mrhorsepower1 hit the nail on the head !! When I turn up the boost in my engines and NEED to run 110 octane, I need to bring it from home, cause there's no place on the water on lake Michigan that'll sell it. (that I know of at least) Horny Toad in the Ozarks has it year round, and maybe a couple places in Fla too, but for the most part, it's a PAIN in the azz. Smells good tho.

Like Dean says, most "reputable" engine builders can make that kind of HP on pump gas................and LIVE.

LMAO, right next to the marina, condo's, and new sales center of the greatest line of boats.

Love the smell of VP blue, I think its like 120 or so. We had to run it in our open boats 13:1 comp.
