I was going to talk $hit about this boat but I noticed the seat position. The owner must be 8' tall. It's just a few miles from me so...

NICE BOAT!!!

jafo 12-05-2007 02:15 PM

The only way it's going to hit 180 is dropped out the azz of a C130 at 10,000'. After reaching terminal velocity, I'll bet it stops on a dime too.

CROWN MAN 12-05-2007 02:21 PM

I can see CRACK is alive and well in Loudonville OH :cool-smiley-011:

baywatch 12-05-2007 02:27 PM

It'll do 110 mph in 6'-8' seas. Very stable as well.

RunninHotRacing163.1 12-05-2007 02:37 PM

[QUOTE=Chris Sunkin;2360511]I was going to talk $hit about this boat

dwtinc 12-05-2007 02:37 PM

NICE BOAT!!!

Shaq would have a hard time driving that:D

packinair 12-05-2007 02:43 PM

ok... I did some calculations.. this boat WILL go 180 if you can spin the motor to 18,683.1 RPM with minamul prop slip or the motor has a few bolt on performance items that boost power to 3,507hp

Chris Sunkin 12-05-2007 03:03 PM

This is Ohio. Anything is possible here.

baywatch 12-05-2007 03:10 PM

They tow it with a Geo Metro. But only for short trips and they are really careful.

PARADOX 12-05-2007 03:13 PM

LMAO. yeeaahh right.
I used to have a 16' Hustler with tabs. Evinrude OB. Back in mid 1970's
It was called the "perfect f'''** ing Machine" as well as the "Suicide boat" on the Rock River in Il.
At near 65 MPH the bow start lifting, from the air. Thus I learned to fly a Cestna...:angry-smiley-038:

phragle 12-05-2007 03:16 PM

nowif you readit correctly..it did 180 with that magic mega high performance motor...except that magic motor blew up...but it does have a couple of "bolt-on" performance parts

ILMORdude 12-05-2007 04:14 PM

This boat has our 1-off Outboard on it.:party-smiley-004:
I was lead test driver, its very stable @ 180, but the a$$ end gets squirly after that. Nicer to cruise at 175MPH. :D

WOW!!! thats some good BS
Merry XMas everyone

VelocityMark 12-05-2007 04:30 PM

Thats great. I bet he talks a good line when you call about it.

ILMORdude 12-05-2007 04:32 PM

someone on here HAS TO CALL!!!!! Holy Shiz that would be funny

Jupiter Sunsation 12-05-2007 04:34 PM

The bidding may get out of control between Ms. Geico and Bud Select fighting to have it!

OkieTunnel 12-05-2007 04:38 PM

Otherwise the add didn't sound too over the top. Maybe he meant to type 80mph. Might have raced it in river racer II drags with a 225.

I'm not so sure it would reach 180mph even that way. Doug

sommerfliesby 12-05-2007 06:12 PM

The secret is in the beam...

augie58 12-05-2007 06:31 PM

It is not a ski pole. What you see there is the nascar tested vertical lifting and stabilization device.

texaschopper 12-05-2007 07:44 PM

Be a nice ride for the Shootout next year

Back4More 12-05-2007 08:02 PM

hell Goar invented the internet

baddogz28 12-05-2007 09:02 PM

Maybe he meant stable at 18 MPH and the 0 is a typo.:party-smiley-004:

packinair 12-05-2007 09:38 PM

I asked how long to get up to that speed and if there was a windshield so you could see at those speeds

got this

Dear packinair,

i didn't ask the previous owner how long it took to get up to speed. you are ment to wear racing gear on while racing.

Looks like I can stop screwing around with my 1100 HP Taylor Engine, Konrad Drive and 28 Pantera...problem solved!!

Ebay is the best!

Outdrive1 12-05-2007 10:25 PM

1k starting bid and no bids. Nobody wants a 180mph boat for a grand???? The economy is worse than I thought.......

jeff32 12-05-2007 10:29 PM

cut and paste this tread link, let's send it to the seller, see what his answers are...:D

anyone is a e-bay registered member to do it?
