Great Subject.....

On the highway I think people should only be permitted to operate a vehicle until a certain age....and I feel the same with boating, unless your in the open ocean...

Can you imagine how clogged up a lake would be with a bunch of 70+ year old boaters?....lol....J/K

Honestly I think there should be an age limit on driving any motor vehicle, but I'm not sure what age is appropirate.......ask me when I'm 80 if I should still be driving...lol

Bob McCoy who recently passed away was an avid boater right up to 80 yrs. old. He had no problem running around in his 43 at 100 MPH +. I have another client in his mid 70's that runs a 50 V.
Just like cars and airplanes. It's not the age it's the person.

It's not age specific, it's individual. some people can run marathons at 70+ years old. other's have one foot in the grave at 60 or earlier.

I don't plan on working forever. But, boating, beer & sex is another story!

I am working with a client right now that is 81 years young and his boat is capable of 105 MPH at WOT! Although he admits his wife doesn't like to exceed 87 MPH! Unbelievable isn't it!

My dad is turning sixy this next coming year and he just bought a brand new boat this past year. Now that his racing days are over, it's more about getting out and enjoying the day, rather then seeing how fast he can go. Myself, I still want to go fast!!!
