Fred is a thief. He stole money from people on this board to buy more product with. He basically set up a pyramid scheme to finance the whole thing. He owes people money yet he continues to sell products to people and pocket the money. From all appearances he's also boning his Ebay clientele now as well. Lastly, judging from public court records and supplier's accounts, he's most likely not made payment for those exact wheels to the supplier who provided them to him.

If you look ......... the accounts feedback has gone to sh*t just in the last month -> 73 negatives vs. 185 positives .... 
that's really bad odds for eBay that you are going to get your stuff.

I did look at the negatives. All were from the same buyer saying he never got his items. Also note that he posted his negatives less than 5 HOURS after the sale. I don't know of any delivery service that delivers in 4 hours. He also bought all 70+ items in a one or two hour period. Obviously a scammer himself. I'll also bet he never paid for a single item.
