The sixes are easier.

I cut the stainless ring off with a whizer.
Then I grabed the brass nut with a pipewrench.

Still waiting for Adrien at Teague to send me another.

There just a theft deterent.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I got it off, just took a while, used the whizzer wheel method, just had to get really small ones for the dremel.

I Like Gino's reply, problem is...........................

They would have taken the whole motor!!!!

Actually the easiest way is to take another mcgard socket that isn't the same n just hit it on the lock with the ribs in between the slots of yours till it makes it own grooves and put the rackhet on the socket and turn total time 5 minutes.Have done it atleast 5 times when prop lock sockets where missed placed. The lock is made of bronze so the material is soft and you end up making your own slots on the lock but you only get maybe 1-2 trys.Try it you will be amazed how easy the locks are to take off.The locks are worthless in my book.

Rich how hard do you have to hit it to make new teeth?I would figure that would be bad on the bearings?

I hit it a few times easy until it made the grooves but not like hittin a nail into wood.the nut is soft so it doesnt take much.If u have any old locks try it and you will see how easy they are to steal i mean get off.lol
