Default Christmas video, 30 Skater

It has been 2 days of boating for us in Charlotte Harbor, FL and in the gulf, on Christmas
weekend.

Here are some photos and a video.

The first clip in the video is a bit rough, but once the camera man got situated, it gets
better. Taken at 5000 rpm, about 82mph, 4 pob.

That was cool. What video camera did you use? How did you get it stable towards the end? What is the process to down load to youtube?

Both the stills and the video were shot using my Nikon 8700. It is primarily a still photo camera, but it does have a video capture mode.

I used Media Studio Pro as my Non-linear Video Editing tool to create the final video I up-loaded to youtube.

The boat is incredably stable at speed. Once my camera man got the feel of the camera, the video got better.

The youtube process is very simple, just register with youtube, and use the 'upload video' feature to move the video file from your system to the youtube server.

The choice of music, was the idea of my son-in-law (also my camera man).

Thanks, Frank. A great way to celebrate Christmas.
The Gulf is as flat as Charlotte Harbor today. Gotta get out there.
All the best,
Bob
