Looks like the transom was cut for Speedmaster maybe?

I think it's changed hands at least twice since spring- maybe 3 times. It's cut for TRS. It had engines & drives in it the first time I saw it in April when it sold for $12K.

The trailer may be the best part that is left.

I'd gone ahead and put some fuel in it just to see the reaction of others.
