He's keeping it close to the vest, but from what I know (or think i know)...she was preety hot from the get-go. But you can't argue with surgical enhancements!

I remember when I had my surgery I hurt for a day or two...not too bad! Personally, the worst part was the one week check up when they had to "pop" them so I wouldn't form an air pocket behind them...OUCH!! Tell her I hope she's okay and to e-mail me if she has any questions!
