Don't be sorry for a simple question, it is no different than someone asking if there are any boaters in the northwest region or lake Erie region or a small lake in Texas... just the ignorant people would respond with a dumbazz remark... which you would not want to boat with no matter what color.

Welcome no matter what color you are. I don't think we have a whole lot of black boaters around here but I would think that as more and more get into all forms of Motor sports recreational and pro that will change. Just don't follow Dennis Rodmans way of boating.:D Nice boat and truck.

So true - he was a Texoma native and has been banned by all the marinas, pretty much just because he couldn't slow down through the no wake zones.

Welcome....I saw the first thread too and not knowing your color, assumed it could have gotten ugly or had a negative agenda. Wasn't sure what to think of the direction it took or your intentions. Glad to see what you meant by the question was totally for information purposes and not racist in nature. On the Formulaboatsforum an active/regular member with a 41 PC posted pics from a family outing he had. They were black. It struck me odd as I'm not used to seeing black boaters (I'm sure you're aware boating seems to be a "white" thing). The more I thought about it I was glad to see he was putting himself out there. Absolutely nothing wrong with including all colors on the water....azzholes come in all colors, why not boaters too!!!!
