Hey Craig,

It's an older building, but he's remodeled inside. Everything works and they have cable, a/c, kitchen and wifi. It's right at a block to Lincoln and a little under 3 to the CC. Can't complain and especially for the price. He called last night and said he had 2 more apartments available if anyone is interested.
