jfnowi, go to www.photobucket.com and upload all your photos there. This way you can just post a link to the album and we all see them.

I don' think you can post or view pics without a membership.

I jut wanted to warn my fellow boaters what to expect, if they can sell me a fully loaded NEW BT for 330K than 438K is hard to justify. Here some pictures of how my boat was delivered. I don't want someone else to go throught went through, I should not have to fix four pages of issues after the boat is delivered. Can someone tell me how to post PICs on this thread? Yes, the boat is "for sale" because my wife won't ride in it because of all the hassles and wrong color. I have 335K in it ,if anyone is interested about 5 Hours on BOAT. Make offer.
Send the pics to [email protected] Ill post them for you. This way we can see if you are legite or if this thread has another agenda. We have had a few problems with 2 members that keep coming back under new screen names, using multiple names and causing problems. I will be waiting for your email. Thanks Jeff

Ah, that would explain it. He is fairly well known here locally. I sold him a piece of commercial property back in 2004/2005.

I knew he was somehow connected with BT, didn't know that was his boat though.

I think the limited amount of boats they put out hurts the quality on some of the more custom boats they do. My buddy Carlos had them build a 46 with the ex cockpit and 3 yanmar. 315's in it so they had to put them all in a row across the back not the staggered setup. That boat was a huge POS they put the trim tabs inside the drives, it never ran right they even had Reggie Fountain drive it and see what he thought. The final outcome was to build a big piece and mold it into the bottom of the boat to basically remove the last step. After well over a year of working on it and many attempts from Carlos to get his money back they had it so it wouldn't porpoise, now 10 mph slower than they said it would be and eating center drives so bad he traveled with a spare drive. They should have told him he had to go with twins or scrap the ex cockpit before wasting all that time and money and now some other poor sap has that boat.

I think if they fixed the problems, you dont have much of a case. Sounds like you are looking to waste the courts time with your inconvinece of your $400,000 boat purchase.

Here are the pics that were forwarded to me on this particular Black thunder due to the poster not being able to shrink pics down for posting.
