those are pretty full, with barely a bubble at the top of the rim.. track down the factory phone number or a rep and see if they have a rebuild kit available for them. Not sure if the gauge face is pressed on or is able to be removed.. probably just a rim gasket

Check the fill plug, assembly screws and the square hose fitting boss on the back side for leaks. But if it is almost empty, might be hard to detect now. I think they are filled with glycerin (do a search here) that can be purchased from your local drug store. Mine dripped a few drops every so often. The gauge has a few o-rings that can leak in time. I simply sent mine back to Livorsi to be resealed and recalibrated. No biggy

The outer rim screws on, but I've never seen one leak from there. Usually from the back.

Call Livorsi 877-548-5900

They made most of Gaffrig speedo's

Mostly likely you can send it back for recalibration. less $90

Send it to Livosi.

Just got mine back, looks new.
Calibrated, new seal, needle, face.
Changed from 120 to 80 mph.

About $100 plus shipping, a few days turn around.

They are the best !! I know who's GPS speedo I will buy !!!
