Residential real estate sales are down about 30% at Myrtle Beach. New home starts are off 35% to 40% . Wonder how he's going to make a $ there right now?

Yes, it will be. But until he fvcks up in the Real Estate business, they'll likely take no action. In the meantime, we can hit his employer. At least make them aware of the caliber of individual they have on their hands.

I agree!... this will cover him for the rest of his life. Plus he wont be able to tranfer his license from SC to anywhere else. SCREC WILL investigate complaints and character. I was licensed there in 2000-2001. SC checked with my licenses in other states before I was able to get an SC license.... Alot of states are trying to stop these scumbags from getting into real estate, enough scumbags here already.
