For some reason all of them up front in the Fountain booth were camera shy. They saw the size of my lens and they either turned away or covered their faces. I told them that was no way to try to get in a magazine... and I walked away...

The blonde was caught by accident. I was focusing between the two pillars and she walked in front of the camera. That's my story and I am sticking to it !

Proves my point on how REDICULOUS boat prices are!!! Especially if it's built so quickly. You KNOW there's some good profit margin built into those boats!!

I went for a ride on sunday afternoon, we quickly went 110mph with 6 people, 120 gallons of fuel and what I would consider a "quick run". Had more to go, but it was just a customer demo. I was extermely impressed.

The boat looks to be able to achieve 110 to 112 with ease once dialed in.

Once we got outside the cut the seas got much bigger but you would only know by looking at it. The boat didn't seem to care what it was running in. It flew extremely level whenever we saw air time. Which was quite a bit. The boat was also very quiet and had a different sound to it. You could actually hold a conversation without yelling.

If you see how they are mfg'd, you would understand a bit more. Interior doesn't take nearly as long as rigging the boat, laying it up, etc. All the carbon kevlar, the amount of men just laying up the hull, the baking process....Pretty impressive. Also have to look at how much tooling is, warranty for the future, etc. Very expensive, not to mention very flexible for so many custom features. High production, same everytime will be cheaper, being able to build something one-off, custom that still works does cost more.
