The boat is kept near the airport in Fort Lauderdale. Is it better to go down the intercostal or go out and come in Hilsboro Inlet.

If it is filled up, they put you in a regular slip, and charge you by the foot. Std operating procedure at a marina. They have I think a 3 or 4 hour reduced rate, so you don't have to pay overnight fees, but I am not 100% certain.
True! Cost me $7.00 ft Sat night of the show.

either way is about an hour, the idle is about the same in either direction, if ya wanna go out and have some fun, then come in Hillsborough, ya still got a good ride ahead of ya, there are some areas where ya can do 30ish coming south from hillsboro.

if you want high end and history, Caps Place is cool - ist canal north of Hillsboro inlet.

To just party somewhere on the hook - goto the center of Boca Lake -usually bunch of people hanging out in 2 feet of water over a sandbar. Boca inlet and straight until you hit sand.

I will look at the chart to see where Boca Lake is located. When is the best time to be there on Saturdays?
