You may have already done this, but a complaint to your state's insurance commission can sometimes help. The state can kick them out if they have too many complaints.

the 1st time I went in front of the judge after 8mons with no money and had my blue cross cover the two 1st knee operations the judge was pissed at them and you could tell they were a bad co. what pisses me off was signing the deal with them to only cover my right knee and signing off my left. so I thought what ever knee operations I needed I was covered no matter how much money it costs. this has been 4yrs of hell and with so many pills THAT i HAVE TAKEN FOR PAIN ,I have missed a lot of my daughters growing up. it sucks and my wife friends its like time has stopped .you can't imagine how phucked up things get ,I am like right now going chit 4yrs of telling my child take quick showers to save oil the house has to be set at 60 degrees wear a sweatshirt .I MADE GOOD MONEY BUT MY COMP IS ONLY 50% which is wrong to. my wife makes good money ,but at winter we going through 200 gals of oil a month which = about 700 amonth sometimes more I got to go these new pills knocking me for a loop thanks again to everyone, I am going to call her station tomorrow to see if she has received any emails and if she can help.
