Bud Light Poker Run boat

Is the "Bud Light" Poker Run boat formerly the "Pair-A-Dice" race boat? Just me beeing curious to what has hapened to it.
I would like to know if it is still out there somewhere.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

I don't know if it's the former Pair a Dice, but I'm almost positive it's in Fort Lauderdale. Gino lives down the street from the boat and the guy who owns it.

I believe it is the old Tan Co. boat? Maybe was Pair-A-Dice before that.

GeoGraphics 03-01-2008 10:21 PM

Pair-a-Dice was intact around a year ago, maybe just over a year. It was up here in my area for '06 Season. Jim Earle had it.

Have no idea where it is now.

fountain4play 03-01-2008 10:22 PM

From what I know it's the old Tan Co and Vinson Mgt boat...it was down at LOTO last summer...

GeoGraphics 03-01-2008 10:39 PM

The windshield was making me think it was "Pair-a-Dice" since I have have not seen or heard of it for a while.

Any info on where "Pair-a-Dice" is would be greatly appreciated. It will not have the name on it. It will just be the multy coloured palm leaves and orange to yellow fade.

Thanks again.

Pair a dice was at pier 57 not long ago

Coolerman 03-02-2008 02:00 AM

Pair-a-Dice also had 6's, I think this bud boat has BPM's if I am not mistaken.

That is correct.

This is what it looked like last Summer.

38flatdeck 03-02-2008 09:18 AM

saw it yesterday just north of atlantic blvd. in fort lauderdale

Shallow Minded 03-02-2008 09:42 AM

I think it was formerly the Pair-a-Dice boat, but could be mistaken. It should be at all the big Poker Runs this year.

LubeJobs42 03-02-2008 10:44 AM

It was not Pair a Dice. Pair a Dice and Bud were both on the Key West run. I was on Bud boat this morning, he lives 4 doors down (small world)! It is a beautiful boat! Gary did some very cool custom beer/brewery touches.

Very nice, I hope we get to see it on a lot of the poker runs and the races at LOTO this year. I am sure there may be a few attempts to verify that last statement as well, this will be an awesome summer!!!!!!

Todd lives in our subdivision here in St. Louis. Does he also have a house in FL or was the boat at Mike Seebold's house in FL?

It's at his partner Deans house.

legacy 03-02-2008 06:51 PM

mmmm? fastest non-race at loto, Interesting!

sellsman11 03-02-2008 07:29 PM

The Bud Light boat is NOT Pair-a-Dice. The boat was the white gel boat with Tri-Max and SuperCat 850's. That boat has come a LONG way. It takes a dedicated group to do what they do.

BTW Pair-a-Dice will be at a few Poker Runs this year in the New York area. The new owner is thinking BIG power.

pbam22 03-02-2008 07:33 PM

The old motors are big power right:cool-smiley-027:

This is a untrue statement. :D

Boat was originally all white, you can see it on Pier57's site.
It is the 2005 close to the bottom of the page.

Speed Racer was sold and is up in NJ or NY area...I would think the Batman boat would be pretty quick along with a Skater or two at the lake.

Just curious how this works......does Bud Light (Anheuser Busch) own the boat or does a private buyer own the rights to the boat but is sponsored by Bud Light?

I know which skater your talking about but don't think 170 is in it. old speed racer sold, little speed has 525's, bat man I heard was sold, no longer at loto, still don't know of anything faster.

Thats what I have heard about the Bud Light boat as well.

We shall see:cool-smiley-011: It's run 162 with the older power that was in need of a freshening. Might be few surprises for 08.

Are you guys beating around about Larrys old boat now owned by Jeff. It's one of very few here that was faster than mine was.:D But much slower than my next.:evilb:

mpally 03-04-2008 12:32 AM

Todd and Mike Seebold are good friends. I am sure that's how Todd got hooked up with AB.

legacy 03-04-2008 10:49 AM

The thing that I dont understand about this whole, fastest boat al loto thing, is why are these "fastest boats" never seen out, like larry sears, old boat. the 46 skater by docknockers there is a mti, and also another skater in the 6 mile cove, that you will hardly ever see out. Weapon X I notice that you have a nor-tec in your profile pic, is that your boat, are you at the lake? Just curious, Thanks.
