Go to the new section on the left side of the board.
Click on "BB Profile"
Click on "Edit Options"
At the bottom you can select GMT (-4) , (-5) to adjust to your
local time.
Then Press Submit.
Its kind of like your GPS setting !!

GMT = Greenwich Mean Time
