Which one are you looking at? There were 4 built before Jim died. I amost bought two different ones last year before I bought my Scarab and now the one I liked the most is for sale on here. They are one of the fastest straight bottom boats for the size I have come across. I owned a 24 for 9 years and you could not kill it. I knew Jim personally and wanted another Python but he passed 2 years ago and the molds were sold.

Was the yellow 34 Jim's personal boat?

Yes it was and had 600's in it but they played with the X-dimension on his boat and it was slower than the 500efi boats.

But Jim's yellow boat was really fun in part throttle acceleration. It would get up to top speed in a hurry, just not as much MPH as it should have had. If I remember right I think it needed a set of shorties..

Her call Tom Nabbers he used to work for Jim and can probably answer any question you might have, he owns the rights to the nameplate now, and is building our new 30'
