looking for a hull only
 

Hello

I,m looking for a hull only ,something like a hustler 40 ,or a fountain 38 sc ,or simular boat with some headroom ,I don,t need power and propulsion.
If there,s a generator ,a/c etc ,its perfect for me .
preferably with a trailer.

Anybody have something ,or know anything like that for sale ?

I think Velocity has a 390 at the factory that needs rigged. If I remember right, it's brand new, but a few years old.

David will be here in 2 weeks. All of our molds are here now in Ga. The new 41 cc tooling is being done in NC now and we have time to lay up a few 41's for you. All hull and decks will be vaccum bagged and we can get you a strong , light layup. Let me know if you're ready so we can split the molds and get to waxing and makiing a few repairs. Somebody needs to step up and get a new 41. I'd love to see this happen.

We have a 2004 390 Velocity we are currently rebuilding whippled 496's for. Would sell the hull without power. has drives, and a trailer.

For all you guys that knew or had a hull for sale ,Thanks

I bought a Baja 40 outlaw ,the one in the classifieds that was a stripped recovery.
This seemed to be the ,,poker run edition '' and is built light lay up according the owner .

It is not the headroom I was looking for ,but ok ,price was fair ,it came with a 2006 triple axle alu trailer .

We have a marine upholstery company overhere ,so that was part of the decision we took ,to buy a stripped boat .

The idea was to spray the deck & sides in silver metellic ,and for upholstery silver and blue ,and blue assecoires.

I have bought Frequenty ,s Pulsedrive unit that I ,m going to use with the 2 x 440 Yanmar turbodiesels ,with a set 2 speed ZF gearboxes with 1,3:1 in 1 st and 1:1 in 2 th gear .

Anybody can do an estimated guess about speed ?

I was hoping for 65 mph with a set Merc 4 blade cleavers 17 x 20 or 17x22 pitch ( if they do exist)

Both Yanmars are going on a dyno within a few weeks ,and they are going to bump horsepower up to 480

I know this is not going to be a real fast boat ,but our gas price is 25 % more than diesel overhere ,thats why we opted for diesels .

I could however go for single speed ZF gearboxes with a smaller ratio so I can use more common pitch sizes ,but I like the idea of having 2 gears on a diesel.





So what do you guys think ?
