If you come to the OSS race in Biloxi, (April 2-6) you might be surprised to see an airplane in the race village. Cirrus Designs sells over 700 of these planes per year, and each one comes with its own internal parachute system that's been used 13 times to rescue an aircraft in distress. Additionally, they will have two planes at the local airport to give demo rides to potential customers on Thurs, Friday and Saturday. Cirrus is now making Biloxi a "fly in" event for their customers. could you imagine a few hundred of these planes at low level doing a flyby during the National Anthem?

Cirrus are nice planes. My brother just bought one and we flew it from Boston to Phoenix.

I see this plane fly at a lot of airshows and they can do aerobatics with it totally stock! They are built strong and are super nice.

I was doing the AV for Eliminator at Barrett Jackson, Cirrus was a couple of booths down, the plane is a lil tight for big guys like me 6' 3" 220lbs but they were nice inside.
