I'm with Nick!

Over the years I have been on some very sophisticated boards and whenever
there is change people have to get used to it. Don't hold back the people who are buying and using better equipment. I have never seen a board w/ ads on one side...shrinking the size of the work space or making you scroll right to see every post.

MODS........you know aswell as I do.....the users should not have to adjust their settings to view this board. I know your going to tweak it to work better and that is probably the main thing wrong here. Hell pop up's beat that crap on the left.

PS.....turn on the [img] code and let'em run wild......beats attaching a file.

This is a great board it just needs some work, thanks guys.

Bring on the data. I'm running a P4 at 1.8 mgz(sp?) with a cable modem. Even my laptop is a PIII at 800 mgz.

If your gonna have photos, do it right. The photo of my dog needed to be shrunk 5 times before I got to a size small enough for it to load. That was the larges photo it would take.

Keep them at 450 and and place all your ads on the HOMEPAGE! That will speed things up and make it easier on the eyes.

I agree, leave the pic size the current size.

I also agree that it is not the pictures in the thread that are causing the problem, it is all the pictures on the left side of the screen that bog everything down.

I'm in favor of the size limit. Keep up the great work.
