what isn't for rent in FL. You should be paying half the current mtg value. TONS of new, never lived-in condos.

You should look into this place called ono island.....best vacation place ever!!! We renat a house there for a week every year with about 20 other friends and we all bring the boats. ITS A BLAST!!!!!!! Plenty of little places to go to by boat, and close gulf acess. Really it is a great place

We have a 3/2 1700sq. ft with pool, on a 80' wide canal, w/dock and 10,000 lbs lift that will be vacant in 8/08.

I have a two story house on the water in Tavernier Key that I rent out in the winter. Top floor has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, living room, and 24' x 10' covered deck. Downstairs has 24' x 60' enclosed storage area and a 45' x 16' dock with 10,000 lbs davits. Deep water acceess canal 2 minute idle to the Atlantic, clear run to the Tiki Bar 10 minutes away!

My neighbor rents a single family home on a canal in Anna Maria Island pretty reasonably. I won't be on the board for a week or so because I'll be down there, but Will Lynch (Hot Duck on OSO) has my contact info. if you want me to get the owners info. Barry
