The last perspective buyer told them he wouldn't be serious unless it was around $30K. I offered less than $50K, but not much less. Pending acceptable survey and sea trail of course.

Meeting up with Paul Kody mid week (not sure which day). He sounds like a cool enough guy, he's already going above and beyond what I ever expected a Surveyor to do and we haven't even see the boat yet.
