If they move the plant, that won't be good for Bucyrus. Half the town is employed there.

Heard about this a week or two ago, hoped it wasn't true. I hope bundling them together doesn't take them down together. I guess we can only wait and see.

BIG TIME! I find it that hard to believe they will close an entire plant down. I have been there a few times, the place is almost half size of Bucyrus itself. I don't see how a company merger would force a complete plant shutdown. I guess we will just wait and see through press releases.

with the econmy like this for a while and gas prices climbing boat sales declining(and forcasted to keep declining) this was inevetable.... another kick in the nuts for ohio....

downsizing is needed in a downsizing market... baja was entry level and those people r the ones being hurt by this economy

I want some of your drugs. There are between 12,000 and 13,000 people in Bucyrus .... You guys really think Baja employs 6,000 plus?

It definitely wont be good for our City. No factory closing is..... Its just too bad the expansions at Timken and GE wont be done by the time the Baja closes

I have to say this is not true! I am a Baja dealer and have not been informed at all! I have heard all the rumors, nothing has been mentioned by Baja.

At best I am confused!
