Chat room problems

Dude, don't feel bad. I haven't been able to get into the chat room to save my life!!
I"ve tried several different computers with different servers and I still can't get in. 
It says "no authorization, use another server" What the f*ck is that!?

I got in, I am using win98, i had to install IFR chat, and click trust content, then i click on enter chat, which is towards the top of the new window.
However I get a quick message about 'thespy' which i can't read and i enter chat as 'thespy1', and something about 'washington dc'
We may need to call the OSO help desk
