LOL,
A good 2.5 on fuel will make 380 flywheel hp. Those certainly are not "good" motors.
300 is more realistic.
Also he has one setup with a horn, the other with a Smilin Jacks AMS intake... those are going to be a bugger to sync... neither will accelerate the same, make the same power at a given RPM, or consume the same amount of fuel.
The AMS motor is going to be a pig, as they have no vacuum resolution for the ECU to read vacuum in the midrange.
IF, he is making 300hp a motor, that bugger is going to consume 60 gallons an hour!... or more.

I think this is one of the more bizzare projects I have ever seen. Sort of reminds me of strapping a booster rocket to an old Chev Impala. I owned a 22' Rapid Craft with twin 260's worked to about 300hp each. One of the scariest boats I have ever owned it was so fast. It was a 900lb bare hull that rigged and full of gas was under 2000 lbs. 400 hp is a stretch for a 2.5 even on race gas. How the heck is he going to steer that thing? Too much prop, too much power for too little hull. Those props will make that boat nuts. Ride in a 18' tunnel with a 300 drag motor and it will scare the heck out most people. Good luck and buy lot's of life insurance.
