Typical marine business...Trick Marine and so many before and after will not "man up" so why would this guy do any better?

Yes Mike typical as of late. Dustin bought his dream boat, a 38 top gun with one motor missing a blower. Other motor was supposedly turn-key and in great shape. The supposed "good" motor was locked up with rust and impossible to turn. He called this guy and the guy ultmately said FU too bad and now he is stuck in the azz with double/triple the budget to be on the water. Based on what we know now, this is not his first screwing to boaters.
