Yeah POS waits til he gets the boat back to OK then offers his money back.... :rolleyes: so it would have cost him another 2K to bring it back to VA, and then another 1.5k to get back to OK.. This POS is some kind of idiot.

Just a quick question. And you all know how I feel about burning someone alive at the stake who screws with us, but was an engine survey done? It should have been done.

With that said, this guy should'nt have made any representations as to the condition of the engines if he didn't know.

No engine survery done. Carter took Staceys word on that. He knows that he should have gotten a mechanical. But when he called stacey and told him about the other engine stacey told him FU sue me...

Well, Stacey phukked up in one of two ways and there's no way to argue it...

1. He knew the engine was junk and lied
2. He knew nothing about the condition and lied

Verdict..guilty.
