I just got over a belly virus.Two days of both ends.My throte is soar from yacking so much.

I just spent 4 days in bed with the flu. Hacking cough, body aches, fever, dizziness. Was not pleasant.

Been there last week or so. Not a good thing. If anyone else gets it and cant hold down any food or water try and eat very saturated white rice to rehydrate. Its one of the few things that your stomach will hold down.
