Default 36 vs. 40 skater?

I believe the 40 skater is an older hull, not as efficient as the 36, Does it handle rough water well, is it still a good hull, would you guys rather have a 36 or 40 skater, thanks for your comments.

I would rather have the 40 for ruff water. The new 368 hull is incredible in the ruff. The new 410 Skater is great in the ruff too.

Hey, welcome to the site!

Here is a thread from a while back about your question. There is some info from people who have owned them and know quite a bit about them. Hope this helps

The new 388 is a great compromise...i had a 40 and the new 38 is absolutely awesome in the handling department...
