Where do I enter the chat room? I have no idea where this chat is taking place.

I get the same message, wtf, and it has been that way 4 days, HELP

It says that I am unregistered every time I try to get into chat although I have been there b4,so !!!?????????

I just tried and didn't have any problems, when I hit chat room, my computer popped a window up asking me if I wanted to download some thing, I said yes, and then I was in.... and then some nick server thingy said if I didn't say something my name would be changed So I promptly split....
anyone know what that's about?
