Depends on what your are trying to accomplish. Are you running in salt water or fresh? Looking to get the most power out of the engine (headers) or looking for good power and longevity of your exhaust system (manifolds)? Headers you have to maintain more than a cast manifold too. Answer these couple basic questions and that should narrow it down for what is best for YOU. A lot of companies make great exhaust systems for your motor it just comes down to what is best for your application.
