If you Hit the Lottery...

Since I was day dreaming I figured you guys could day dream with me so... If you hit the lottery what performance boat would you buy??? Here's the catch

1) It has to be for sale right now and only in the OSO Classifieds.
2) Must be under $600k

For me it would most likely be this:
Sunsation F4 w/700's
http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o18405-en.html

baywatch 05-21-2008 08:32 PM

http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o20216-en.html

Do I get to pick out tow rig as well?

glassdave 05-21-2008 08:43 PM

One of these . . . . what ever it is it would have a canopy. I always thought SCL's would make great pleasure boats. Turn key and plenty fast, would like a four seater though like the speed racer boat but its got no power.

DollaBill 05-21-2008 08:45 PM

Phuk the boat. 600K will let you party like a rock star. It's more fun and the pics are better ;)

skater40 05-21-2008 08:46 PM

The best boat for sale is Double Take,a 46 skater.

Call me strange for picking what will possibly one of the cheapest boats in the line up but but JROMY's 33 Power Play would be the first boat I would buy.

That is a clean boat I can understand that pick. I tried to think of a practical boat when I picked, something that I can overnight, fast, good rough water boat,etc...

fountainguy214 05-21-2008 09:15 PM

too many to choose from.....i cant decide lol.........i dont know what i would do with tht money

AB From Windsor 05-21-2008 09:20 PM

I'd make sure that I had enough money left from the boat purchase to pay for gas and insurance for a few years.

jmeng 05-21-2008 09:31 PM

OSO 39 Cig with 700s and a Freightliner to go with it. Not that I've thought about it much. :D

This has been one of my favorites since it was new. I would have plenty left over for fuel, maintenance and insurance.

That is a bad ride & man that thing sits nice in the water

Cash Bar 05-21-2008 10:35 PM

Dreamer and I are on the same page but mine would not be painted pink... :grinser010:

BOBCATMATHEWS 05-21-2008 10:47 PM

I would buy "pimp of the nation" for bouyhunter, and that cool colorado boat (with the on again off again bow rider for myself) cannot beat a flat black boat in florida.:cool-smiley-027:

Its really not that bad with the deck hatches acting as access as well.

Much more spacious than it appears. It's one bad MoFo in person.

That is one bad azz boat:D I would have enough money left over to get rid of that pizz colored strip:p That ruins the boat.

I would buy this and then send it back to Nor-Tech to convert the front to an enclosed stateroom like some of them have.

Might need something more than my F-350 to tow it though...hmmmmm

OldSchool 05-22-2008 07:19 AM

If I hit the lottery, I would buy a new azz....Mine has a crack in it!!!!!!!!!:D:evilb::D:evilb:

I'm kinda an old school guy. I like the classics like this:

http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o21438-en.html

But, that doesn't mean I wouldn't jump on a 382 w/500's or better!

If I won a lottery I wouldn't be worried about any boat....... I would be trying to preserve the winnings so I wouldn't be one of the sorry saps that has to go back to work when all the money is gone...........

I have personally known two lottery winners (one double winner 4mm/ then 20mm, the other was 80MM Powerball) and both stories ended with death, divorce, bankruptcy. Their lives had about 15 minutes of good times and then years of aggravation, fighting, drug issues, lawyers etc. No time for boating for this crew........

My personal rule with lotteries is that I never play any game that can't change my life (scratch tickets for 5K, draw games for 25K, etc) and I never play a jackpot less than my age so as I get older I play less! In FL the lottery starts at 3mm, that is 100K a year (65K after taxes) for 30 years or a lump sum after taxes for about 1.1mm. 65K a year I couldn't quit my job unless I wanted to seriously downsize my lifestyle, the 1.1 lump sum would be a short term windfall but that could be spent real quick then back to work.

Now 150MM Powerball then I am in the game! :D

Wait, why would you need the lottery for this? The fun in talking about lottery wins is the crazy chit you could splurge on!

I've played the lottery one time. It was when that Jack Whittaker guy won the biggest jackpot ever. A buddy and I drove to Kansas and bought a few tickets. We had it all spent by the time we got there. :drink:

Tough Call....
1. If I stick with my Donzi Brotheren w/ a truck painted to match.
http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o23359-en.html

2. I like the OL GTX's, however I am not a big fan of the green.
http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o20800-en.html

3. I always loved Rum Runner....with a BIG truck to match.

No doubt, this has got to be one of the baddest, best looking boats out there, I fell in love with it at Destin last year. Even my wife likes Mercedes.

VetteLT193 05-22-2008 12:00 PM

How about a 55 MPH sportfish?

http://carolinaflare.jarrettbay.com/...%2Bmtu%2B70%22

If I won the lottery I'd be really temped to go island hopping for a couple months (or years).

I don't think you can add to this since you own one of the baddest Mofo's ever built. :grinser010:

On the other hand you're right, it's all about buying crazy $hit. That means I would buy the house across the street form yours at the lake and launch water ballons at your place 24/7. I would even hire some illegals to keep doing it while I was asleep. :evilb:

F-350 will do just fine.

If I hit the lottery I'm keeping The Flying Condo and have Springsteen, Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes and The Rolling Stones play at the worlds in Key West this year. Hell of a dream!

Man, imagine that...
We would be stylin' cruising around in those rigs.
We'd have to hire security gaurds to keep everyone away from our boats:D

Perlmudder 05-22-2008 01:04 PM

poker run boat:

Cruising boat:
http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o20390-en.html

tow vehicle:

all for under 500k.
that gives me money for tons of boat gas!

I have seen pictures of them being towed with F-350's - How much does a Tri-Engined 50 Vee weigh??

I better start planning for 15 years from now:D

I think my Cafe is a handful with my Dually - I can't imagine a 50V...

Just saw Bruce a couple weekends ago in Charlottesville, VA.

Lamest town to see a bruce concert in ever - the crowd was unbearably dull. I was the only one in my section who stood the entire time. The people behind me got mad and left....

poiuy10 05-22-2008 02:42 PM

EX40 - I will have to agree with you, that boat just says something to me... one of my top 5 choices.

This has been one of my favorites since it was new. I would have plenty left over for fuel, maintenance and insurance.[/QUOTE]
